18-Month-Old German Shepherd Looking for Her Forever Home

If you're looking for a fun, intelligent and active companion, Mia could be the perfect match.

At just 18 months old, Mia is everything you'd expect from a young German Shepherd—bright, energetic and eager to learn. She has already completed extensive one-on-one training, including a board-and-train program, is crate trained, and knows basic commands such as sit and bed. With the right guidance, she has all the foundations to become an exceptional companion.

Mia thrives when both her mind and body are kept busy. She loves having a job to do and will suit someone who enjoys training, walking and including their dog in everyday life. Like many adolescent shepherds, she can become excited and overstimulated at times, so she'll benefit from an owner who can continue reinforcing the skills she's already learned.

Mia's ideal home:

🐾 An active family or individual who can provide regular exercise and mental enrichment.

🐾 Someone committed to continuing her positive reinforcement training.

🐾 Previous experience with large breed dogs would be an advantage but isn't essential for the right home.

🐾 A home where she can continue to mature into the wonderful adult dog she's becoming.

Mia has never shown aggression towards people or other dogs and, with appropriate introductions, could happily live with another compatible dog.

She is: ✔️ 18 months old

✔️ Desexed

✔️ Vaccinated

✔️ Microchipped

✔️ Up to date with flea and worming treatments

✔️ Crate trained

Mia is not suited to a home with cats and, due to her enthusiastic nature and tendency to jump up when excited, she is looking for an adult-only home.

Mia is a clever, affectionate young shepherd with so much potential. She's simply searching for someone willing to invest in her, continue her training and enjoy everything that comes with sharing life with a young, energetic German Shepherd.

  1. If you think Mia could be the missing piece in your family, we'd love to hear from you. ❤️
