Meet Koda, a stunning 4-year-old White Swiss Shepherd with ANKC pedigree papers. She’s a gentle, affectionate girl who once lived happily indoors with her family and their cats. Sadly, a change of circumstances has meant she’s been living outside for over a year. It’s not what she’s used to – she longs for the warmth, safety and companionship of an indoor life again.

Koda is a sweetheart through and through:

Loves people and kids – she’s friendly, gentle and adores attention.
Great with cats – she previously lived happily with feline friends.
Walks beautifully on lead – knows her basic commands and enjoys car rides.
Very affectionate – thrives on love and time with her humans.

Because of her past, Koda is nervous around other dogs after being attacked by off-leash dogs. She’s currently on medication for anxiety and will do best in a calm, understanding home where she can be the only dog and live inside as part of the family. Right now she sleeps in a shed and hurts herself trying to escape to wait out the front for her owner. She desperately needs someone to bring her back inside, give her reassurance and show her that she’s safe and loved.
